Kinesiology is a recognised profession by the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), founded in the 70’s by Brian H. Butler.
Kinesiology comes from the Greek word “kinesis” which means movement. It’s a healing method which allows the healer to tap into your subconscious mind through your muscles and find anything that blocks you from mental, emotional and physical health. The natural state of your body is balance, harmony and physical flow but through stress, trauma and pollution the energy from our body becomes blocked leading to illness and emotional problems. Kinesiology has an holistic approach, is based on muscle response testing and has customized techniques.
Us, kinesiologists, strongly believe that the power of healing lies within our bodies and although every body is unique, just like our DNA, we are all One in consciousness and universal healing.
Centuries of modern medicine has always addressed the mind completely separate from the body. But fairly new research has shown that treating the mind is, in fact, deemed as “real medicine”.
When performing a muscle test, we are monitoring the client’s brain replies to the command to activate a group of muscles.
“We can then enter a dialogue with the body to efficiently and quickly assess the deficiencies in healing and how it can carry that out to its best capacity. We, the practitioner are just pointing the way to help the mind-body adjust itself to heal optimally-on its own.”

The Role of the Kinesiologist and Holistic Practitioner is:
My name is Alexandra and I am qualified as a food engineer since 2011, gaining a Bachelor degree. In 2018 I qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist and in 2021 I became a qualified dental nurse.
I always had an attraction towards healing, spirituality and holistic remedies and so in 2023 I found Kinesiology to be the answer to my questions.
I am now on my journey to study to become a Kinesiologist Diplomat, currently practicing as a Kinesiology Member Associate. I love people and knowing I could help, it gives me a sense of purpose. Kinesiology has changed my life, I strongly believe it will change other people's lives too!
